Danger zone

Delete my accountPermanently removes your name, email, phone, and address from this account and signs you out everywhere. Card, transaction, and Space Miles history is kept for financial record-keeping but is no longer linked to your identity. This cannot be undone.

Why do I need to enter a code every time I sign in?

Every login sends a real 6-digit code to your email as a second verification step. It expires after 10 minutes.

How do I freeze or replace my card?

Card tab → Freeze card (instant, reversible) or Report lost/stolen (permanent — a replacement is arranged through Support).

How do I earn Space Miles?

Event check-ins, referrals, offers/coupon codes, and manual admin adjustments all credit miles to your real balance.

How does my referral link work?

Copy your personal link from the Refer & Earn panel. When someone signs up through it, you both receive a real bonus.

What currency is my wallet in, and how do I add money?

Balances are held in your account's base currency. Use Add Money in the Wallet tab — you can change your currency preference in Settings.
